[zeromq-dev] Proposal for new build system maintainer: Mikko Koppanen

Hi all,

I would like to propose Mikko Koppanen to become an official 
co-maintainer of 0MQ build system together with Mato Lucina.

Mikko is running 0MQ build environment (build.valokuva.org) and have 
valuably contributed to the build system.

The position of maintainer means that he would have right to approve 
build-system-related patches for inclusion to the mainline.

Having two maintainers for the subsystem also means that patch process 
won't be stuck when one of them is temporarily not available.

Thoughts? Comments?
