[zeromq-dev] problem building pyzmq

You are using the current development branch, the website points to our github development branch, and we haven't cut a release since 2.0.8, due to refactoring and time.

We have one feature pending review, then we will cut a 2.0.10 release, hopefully tomorrow.  That will not require you to have cython.

Yes, I believe we do depend on current cython for development, which is 0.13, and pip/easy_install-able.
