Ultimately this change is essentially cosmetics since any Windows network
programmer should know that they will need to externally define FD_SETSIZE
to a larger value for their application if they wish to use more than a few
connections. We can have a FAQ entry for this.

If you still wish to push the issue, I'd like to see tests with or without
FD_SETSIZE defined externally, and confirmed by at least one other person
with a different Windows version.
