RHEL-5 has buggy gcc, which prevents 0MQ to be built with PGM
support. Fortunately, gcc-4.4 is available there as a technical
preview. Here's workaround for 0MQ+PGM on RHEL-5:

# yum install gcc44-c++.x86_64 gcc44.x86_64

$ CC=/usr/bin/gcc44 CXX=/usr/bin/g++44 ./configure --with-pgm
