[zeromq-dev] Blog: Building ZeroMQ and pyzmq on Red Hat

Actually RHEL4 is the rather inconvenient platform for OpenPGM 2, this was
resolved in OpenPGM 3 however ZeroMQ uses version 2.  Here are instructions
to build,
