[zeromq-dev] Ruby reactor library using 0mq

I am thinking of how to make this kind of projects available to the public.

It can be either made part of ruby binding/linked from ruby binding 
webpage, or, alternatively, we have to create a separate "tools" page to 
link to useful projects on top of 0MQ

Thoughts anyone?
