Confusingly the mDNS Responder source code from Apple says Microsoft
breaks on IPv6 scopes but I'm using them without any problems at all.
A colossal typo in rc6 broke IPv6 support when fixing strict-aliasing,
but fixing that one digit mistake works fine,
pgmrecv.exe -lp 7500 -n "fe80::8d59:ea2a:18d9:cda4%13;ff08::1"
pgmsend.exe -lp 7500 -n "fe80::8d59:ea2a:18d9:cda4%13;ff08::1" moo baaaa oink
Tested on 64-bit Windows 7 which is listing 11 different IPv6
addresses for some reason including various tunneling protocols giving
addresses like "fe80::5efe:10.0.94.4%14".
