According to all the academic papers I can find for multicast the PGM side
defers security handling to the system administrator via transparent IPSEC
configuration.

   - Scalable Secure Group Communication over IP Multicast

   - An IPSec-based Host Architecture for Secure Internet Multicast

Not sure how practical it is in the real world outside a big private network
like Radianz. It should probably be coupled with Source-Specific-Multicast
(SSM) which ZeroMQ currently support the configuration of. The IPSEC and
IGMPv3 requirements probably hint at a IPv6 deployment too.
