[zeromq-dev] Debian packaging: now available

I've finally found time to quickly review this. Built your packages (from
the hg tree) on Debian lenny amd64 with no problems.
Some minor comments:
- zeromq source package has python in it's Build-Depends:, I guess this is
left over from packaging the python bindings which aren't included at the
moment?
- it also has libglib2.0-dev which actually appears to be used somewhere, I
wasn't aware of this. I'm guessing it's OpenPGM, will look into it...
- I would have probably gone with "zeromq-bin" instead of "zeromq-utils"
but I guess it doesn't matter much since I see that you've put it as
Recommends: for the libzmq0 package so most people won't have to care.
Other than that, great work and thanks a lot!
I'll add some pointers to the Debian packages on the website.
