[zeromq-dev] zguide example implementation of msgqueue.py, mtserver.py and mtrelay.py

I'd be happy to help with the guide, I enjoyed doing the PHP translations
and playing around with the ones in other languages to compare and contrast,
so if you'd like let me know. Otherwise, it looks like Guillaume's examples
and mine are in the fork queue and have issues associated.
