[zeromq-dev] New version of the Guide is now online

Hi All,

I've published a new version of the guide.  There are two new examples
at the end of chapter two.

With respect to the code samples, I've switched to using github to
host them.  This makes it really easy.

I've also created stubs for every example in every language, and a
drop down under each example in the doc takes you to the right place
in the Git tree.

Give it whirl!

It'd be great to get translations of the examples into other
languages.  Over time this will also encourage developers to use
bindings in other languages.
