:-(  Wikidot code blocks aren't as smart as they could be.  Still,
it's all marked up, we can color code in the printed book...

Are you logged into Wikidot?  I got this problem but it disappeared
when I logged in.  Can you try on other pages in that site?  It is
probably a CSS glitch.
