[zeromq-dev] User guide update

Hi All,

I've published an update to the Guide.  This adopts a new
example-driven style, and breaks itself into chapters.  It's about 40%
finished by my reckoning.

The source is now in git, at http://github.com/imatix/0MQGuide.

Comments welcome as usual on http://www.zeromq.org/docs:user-guide-talk.

Anyone wishing to help translate the code examples into other
