The flow of examples in the main text is not linear, there are jumps
forwards and backwards, e.g. I cover pubsub about four times from
different angles.  For the languages my idea was to write a "standard"
example application that combines all the basics, and then to hope we
can rewrite this in each language.  After that, there are all the
specific "gotchas" per language.

Guys, thanks for all the feedback and input.  The idea was, indeed to
make this into the "0MQ Book".

I'll move to a git soon so that we can work via patches rather than email.
