[zeromq-dev] PUSH/PULL and devices

Hi all,

I've committed ZMQ_PUSH and ZMQ_PULL to the trunk, leaving the old
UPSTREAM/DOWNSTREAM definitions as aliases.  I'd suggest we remove
these in 0MQ/3.0 along with whatever other API breakage we make then.

Also, there is a man page for zmq_deviced, which will be Jon Dyte's
zmqd (but with a name that is closer to zmq_device(3)), with
configurability via the command line or XML file.  The syntax is a
little different from before because there are more options and I've
taken the liberty to make things a little more expressive where
possible.
