[zeromq-dev] RFC: ØMQ Contributions, Copyrights and Control

Hi,

We've been thinking for a while about ØMQ's copyright policy, and
would like to propose a change.

This won't be a radical change but over time will allow businesses to
invest more in ØMQ, knowing that they have equal rights to any other
business, including iMatix, that invests in ØMQ.
