[zeromq-dev] TCP thin streams

I just noticed on the LKML, presumably for Internet deployments of ZeroMQ
with low traffic but low latency requirements TCP thin streams are
recommend:

I assume it's useful for MMORPGs which seem to use TCP instead of UDP comms.
