I suspect that at some stage we'll recreate an AMQP-to-0MQ binding
because it makes sense in some cases.  The binding might be at the API
level, as we plan to do for OpenAMQ's WireAPI, or it might be a
protocol-to-protocol binding (i.e. a device that acts as an AMQP
broker passing requests on to a 0MQ cloud).
