You probably shouldn't include the ".dfsg" part.  I use it to show that I've 
repackaged the tarball to remove non-free (as defined by Debian) parts, 
namely the RFCs inside the openpgm tarball.

(But again, for locally built packages that's not relevant.  But it's 
probably a good idea if somebody packages for another .deb based 
distribution.)
