[zeromq-dev] is pgm transport working in alpha3?

Malo is being modest here. He's working on getting OpenPGM ported to
Windows for already a month or so.
0MQ/1.0 had PGM support on Win platform done via Microsoft native
implementation of PGM, however, it turned out that the implementation is
limited in many ways and there's no way to fix it as the source code is
closed and proprietary. Thus the need to port OpenPGM to Windows.
