For reference this appears to be a 1-year old processor and Linux kernel, a
4-year old embedded NIC (0.13micron, 1st generation PCI Express 1x), with a
2-year old compiler and Linux distribution
Currently NIC generations like the Broadcom 5709S are 60mm and engineered
for RDMA and iSCSI acceleration.
