[zeromq-dev] Ruby tests

In 1.0.0 the ruby scripts under perf/tests use zero length strings to
specify interfaces, e.g.:
rb_zmq.bind("E", "Q", "", "")

This causes an error
ruby: locator.cpp:93: virtual void
zmq::locator_t::resolve_endpoint(const char*, char*, size_t): Assertion
`cmd == get_ok_id' failed.

Changing the above to 
rb_zmq.bind("E", "Q", "*", "*")
seems to work.
