Sorry for this. Trunk is a development version and so it is broken 
sometimes when code is merged on particular platform and not yet tested 
on other platforms.

I've fixed the Win32 build. You should be able to build libzmq, libdnzmq 
and c# test programs.

However, it's not tested. Try it and let us know if there are any problems.
