Hello everybody,

we would like to inform you that there is 0MQ v0.4 win32 version 
available at our website.
You can download it from http://www.zeromq.org/area:download-v04
The file is a MSI installer and installs zeromq core files, performance 
tests, examples, documentation, c, java, python APIs.
It was tested and works under Windows XP.
