[zeromq-dev] opensuse build service: zmq fails on rhel 5 and sle 10]

Hi Pavol!

I have simply moved the autogen.sh step out of the RPM spec file to
before packing the tar source archive on my openSUSE 11.1 box, and now
0MQ builds on RHEL5 and SLE10 fine, as you can see in the openSUSE Build
Service.
