Reconnection code is commited into zeromq2 trunk.

Jim, to build the trunk on Windows, get the source from github:

http://github.com/sustrik/zeromq2

Open the project in Visual Studio 2008 (express edition is sufficient):

zeromq2/builds/msvc/msvc.sln

Please, do report any problems you'll experience with the auto-reconnect
functionality.
