The plan is to make the release schedule much more dense than it was 
with 0MQ/1.0. We'll start releasing alpha versions with limited 
functionality shortly. Alpha releases will be unstable and incomplete, 
however, they'll give people chance to play with it early on and provide 
feedback on the product.
