[zeromq-dev] building 0MQ with cmake

I attached two ebuilds: first for version 1.0.0 оf 0MQ, second
(zmq-9999.ebuild) for git zeromq1 branch. These ebuilds are very simple and
if somebody is intersted, i can polish ebuilds (add use flags, now 0MQ
compiles with default configure options) and put them to one of gentoo
portage overlays.

I didn't seen any distro-specific problem
Which is your Gentoo version?

Gentoo hasn't versions. It is like bsd: their repository contains ebuilds
for each program/library. Ebuild describes, how to get source code, how
compile it and install.
