Just one note, zeromq-full and zeromq-min should provide virtual package lets
say zeromq-core in order that dependencies of language bindings can be set
properly further zeromq-full and zeromq-min should conflict with each other.

Afaik virtual packages are supported in deb world, how about rpm?
Some other ideas how to solve dependencies?
