This is the problematic part. Underlying transports have to be specified 
at compile time. We have to choose one particular combination, otherwise 
we would have to ship all possible combinations. SCPT+PGM, AMQP+SCTP, 
PGM+SCTP etc.

In theory it would be possible to load the appropriate modules at 
runtime, however, I would expect major problems with making that work on 
all the supported platforms.
