Then we should have zeromq-addons-X.Y package with examples, that users can
"touch" 0MQ quickly.

I would go with C binding in zeromq-core package since there is no significant
zeromq-python-X.Y, zeromq-java-X.Y and zeromq-mono-X.Y should be packages for
python, java and clr bindings - as Dirk proposed.
