[zeromq-dev] QNX Neutrino support

Hello,

QNX Neutrino support has been added into the trunk (rev. 589).

autoconf, automake, pkg-config and libtool packages have to be installed
before running autogen.sh.
Tested on QNX 6.3.2, x86pc x86 (autoconf-2.61, automake-1.6.1,
libtool-1.4.3, pkg-config-0.12.0).

Pre-build autoconf 2.61 binary can be found at community.qnx.com where 
pkgsrc project resides.
gcc 3.3.5 has to be used, so before running configure set

CC=ntox86-gcc-3.3.5
CXX=ntox86-g++-3.3.5

Many thanks to Alexej Lotz for contribution even it was not necessary to 
exactly follow his steps.
If somebody can give it a try and send feedback into the list would be 
appreciated.
