[zeromq-dev] 0MQ/0.3 released

Hi all!

We are happy to announce that version 0.3 0MQ lightweight messaging 
kernel is out of the door!

The main improvements are improved usability by adhering to standard 
messaging paradigm of routing messages into message queues and improved 
performance (over 3 million messages a second).
