[zeromq-announce] libzmq 4.3.4 has been released

Hello everyone,

The ZeroMQ community is proud to announce the release of version 4.3.4!

This is a bug fix release. The main fixes are:

* Fixed #4038 - return value of zmq_ctx_get changed unintentionally
* Fixed #4108 - regression that breaks using IPv6 link-local addresses on Linux
* Various compilation errors on various platforms

This is a patch release. This release is ABI compatible with libzmq
4.1.2 and up.
