Chapter 8 (Caches, Message Queues, and Map-Reduce) has a short section on
why one might use message queues, briefly comparing 0MQ to broker models.
 It demonstrates using pyzmq-static with PUSH/PULL and REQ/REP sockets to do
multiple levels of work distribution.
