Martin,

I ran the benchmarks with the 0MQ 2.0b2 release. Below is the relevant hardware / software details. I'm not sure on the exact model numbers of the IB HCA and switch -- the models listed below are what lspci detected.

CPU: Intel Core i7 940 @ 2.93 GHz
Memory: 12GB DDR3 @ 1333 MHz
IB HCA: Mellanox MT25204 -- InfiniHost III Lx HCA
IB Switch: Mellanox MT47396 Infiniscale III
OS: Centos 5.4 x86_75
OFED: 1.4.1
libSDP: 1.1.99

Regards,
Mike

I've pasted the results here + I've creared graphs based on the figures:

http://www.zeromq.org/results:copying

What's missing is the environment description:

1. What version of 0MQ have you used (beta2?, trunk - if so, which
version? there have been some zero-copy related fixes since beta2).
2. What OS, what networking stack (SDP?, OFED version etc.), what
hardware (CPUs, IB NICs, switches etc.)

Thanks!
Martin
