[zeromq-dev] 0MQ/0.3.1 released

Hello,

We have added some nifty features into 0MQ v0.3.1:

* C, Python and Java language bindings
* possibility to use network interface names instead of IP addresses
* port numbers are not mandatory (OS will assign them)
* added zmq.hpp as a main include file
* manual pages
* minor performance improvements

0MQ v0.3.1 package can be downloaded directly from
